Bubble Magic Show to Give
Unique Perspective to Math and Science
The Arkansas Discovery Network, funded by the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation,
brings amazing bubble show to the Museum of Discovery
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 17, 2007) –What do carousels, volcanoes and a break-dancing caterpillar made of soap bubbles have to do with math and science? Tom Noddy, the Bubble Guy, makes good, clean and, yes, educational fun with his amazing show, Bubble Magic at the Museum of Discovery, June 14-16.
Bubble Magic has been seen on television shows around the world — including recently, The Late Show with David Letterman. Noddy has blown audiences away with his bubbles at universities, physics and mathematics conferences, science and discovery centers, nightclubs, corporate events and other entertainment and education venues.
Engaging children in science and math can be a challenge, but Bubble Magic makes many of these concepts — from angles and shapes to nature and physics — fun not only to children but to adults as well.
In addition to the show, a “Bubble Lab” will be available for children and families to experiment with making their own bubble creations.
Show times are as follows:
- Thursday, June 14: 10:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.
- Friday, June 15: 10:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday, June 16: noon & 3:00 p.m.
