The Museum of Discovery Kewpie collection is one of the largest in the world. Creator Rose O'Neill lived part of her life in the Ozarks, so Kewpies have a connection to this region. O'Neill first drew Kewpies in 1909 and doll production began in 1912. The Museum's collection ranges from greeting cards and tea sets to porcelain dolls and jigsaw puzzles. Assorted Kewpies are displayed on a regular basis. |
